Everything's sooooooooo expensive !!! :(

As I had earlier mentioned that with the coming of 20ish life, there comes along a host of “things” that start bothering us as well… and to begin with. “Everything becomes too expensive”!!!

Till the time I was not earning and used to get pocket money, world was absolutely cheap or even better “Dirt-cheap”! Irrespective of whether that expense was necessary or not, I would without giving a second thought, shell out all the money. Back then, my mentality was, “Papa hain naa, de denge, Big deal!!!”

But since the time I started earning, everything seems to have changed completely! EVERYTHING & EVERY POSSIBLE THING have become REALLY EXPENSIVE. I have realized the importance of money.

I now think close to 20 times before spending a penny.

Initially a cup of coffee that used to cost me 100 back then, now looks like 300 to me! :P

Browsing through the menu, this is what everything looks to me now:

Paneer kofta: 190 (looks like 360)

Regular Cappuccino: 80 (looks 180)

Not that I am a miser and not that I don’t go out for parties, but I am much more conscious about what how much I am spending now. Is it the same with you also?
